By accessing or using Tenex, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Tenex is a property management platform that enables landlords and tenants to manage properties, leases, expenses, payments, and maintenance issues in one place.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Tenex offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free — 1 property, all features included.
  • Standard (€12/month) — up to 3 properties, with additional properties available at €5/month each.
  • Pro (€39/month) — unlimited properties, priority support.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Tenex. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tenex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
